Within a minute (literally a minute) of filling out the form on their website, I was contacted by text. I sent over a picture of what I needed removed and was provided a quote. Not only that, I was shown a diagram on how the quote was estimated. The next morning (like 14 hours later), I got a text that they were on the way. Two gentlemen showed up at the promised time and easily hauled away our items in what seemed like less than 10 minutes. We were charged exactly what were were quoted and paid them via Zelle.

Ryan and his crew did a spectacular and efficient job clearing out my parent's house. Great communication and even flagged items that were valuable or sentimental that I almost threw away. He also does bouncy houses ... that would have been much more fun ... next time I'll do both so I can have fun while they remove junk ;). This is only my second Yelp review, but we got such good service I wanted to let people know. We saw Fox Junk Removal on Yelp and contacted them via text then they followed up with a call. Brian's response was fast, maybe 5-10 minutes. I sent him a few photos then he got back to me with a price (again, very fast response). We set up a time 2 days later that worked for us. They texted when they were on their way. Richard and John came this morning and took all our stuff...lots of old wood, clay pots, and tile. They both worked hard and even let me add some items that weren't in the original photos. The price was just what we were quoted.

I was in need of junk hauling and I was looking for a local business at a reasonable price. I came to Yelp and this business was listed as a top choice. I reached out via yelp (it's very convenient) and Brian got back to me right away. He was able to set up my appointment on the date and time that I wanted. Richard and his co-worker showed up right on time. What took me two weeks to gather up and put aside, they removed in 30 minutes! They were both very professional, fast, and friendly. They helped me with getting some junk down that I couldn't reach myself, which was great. I would definitely use them again in the future for my junk hauling needs.
